This document will be regularly updated. Check it often for the most current CoC & ToS information.

• Usernames:
• Choose your username wisely, you cannot change it once you register. This is done to prevent scamming.
• No profanity, racial or sexual terms are allowed. We want to maintain a family-freindly environment. If your username is found to violate this rule your username will be changed or you will be banned.
• Avatars:
• User avatars are allowed and encouraged. They help everyone to express and further uniquely identify themselves.
• Like usernames, no profanity, racial or sexually explicit avatars are allowed. If your avatar is found to be in violation it will be deleted and you will be warned. Multiple offenses could result in suspension or being banned.
• Avatars can be up to 100x100 pixels and 7K bytes.
• Forum conduct:
• Honda-Performance does use some language filters, but we try to keep them to a minimum. We do not want to increase language filtering, so please use good judgement.
• Flaming will not be allowed. Please keep your response to useful information. We understand that some conversations will become heated, but keep it civil.
• Pornography is not allowed anywhere on Honda-Performance.org
Infringement on Trademarked or Copyrighted material is not acceptable. Any post found containing material in violation will be delete and the user warned. Multiple offenses can result in suspension or being banned.
• Posting pirated or illegal software is strictly forbidden.
• Threats of violence will not be tolerated.
• Street racing and kill stories are not allowed nor is discussion of any illegal activities. Any post found containing material in violation will be delete and the user warned. Multiple offenses can result in suspension or being banned.
• Tech related forums are for tech related posts. Stay on topic, there are off topic forums if you have OT issues.
• Post whoring:
• No post whoring is allowed. If your post has nothing useful to the thread or topic you are post whoring.
• Posting threads with no useful information or reposting a previous thread is considered post whoring.
• Forum Moderators will use their discretion when deciding if a user is post whoring. If a user is found to be post whoring they will be warned. Multiple offenses can result in suspension or being banned.
